At Precious Cargo, we do our best to keep our inventory current and our merchandise affordable. Therefore, all sales are final. Returns for store credit may only be made under the following circumstances:
All purchases made in our showroom are final unless a pre-authorization for return is given by management at the time of purchase. If a pre-authorization is given, the customer will have 48 hours to return the merchandise, in “like new” condition, to Precious Cargo for store credit ONLY, less a 10% restocking fee. Store credit must be used within one year of the original purchase. Mattresses are NOT eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact Internet Sales Support at 1-479-444-7300, and they will provide instructions for returning your merchandise.
Delivery: We strive to always offer our customers the best service. Because of that mission, we offer delivery using our own qualified staff. When purchasing your order, you may choose the delivery option and choose a day that works best for you. After we receive your order, we will contact you to either confirm or reschedule the delivery based on location and availability. Please allow up to three weeks for your delivery to be completed.
